There is no security product at the moment as the Pi Network is running on a testnet and there is no ICO or IEO planned. The tokens aren't securities as they are being given away with no investment contract involved. Also, do you have a link to back up the claim about one of the team being involved in litigation? I can’t find a reference to that anywhere.
